Efficient workflow through digital film coating for all LaserEngravings.

02.09.2020 von Petra Engstle / Reading time: approx. 4 minutes

The automated, preparatory processes for Laser-EtchingEngraving and 3D-LaserEngraving allow the engraving to be viewed virtually on a moving PDF image before production starts.

It generates a “mesh” above the 3D surface of the prototype and series tools which the engraving is then mapped onto exactly. The result is a faithful spatial image allowing a visual assessment of the optimal distribution of the engraving to be made - e.g. also the component-related stretching. This means efficient process reliability from the start of the production process through digital film coating.

Learn how to view a moving PDF correctly is a quick process. KRÜTH offers training using a test file.
