Eycatcher: 3D-LaserEngraving technology combined with milled surfaces.

Even finely milled surfaces can be lasered with fit accuracy. This makes it possible to create engravings with both excellent detail definition and a significant engraving depth.

The premise for implementation in series production is that the milled surface topography must be re-imported into the CAD data. The 3D-LaserEngraving is precisely positioned and implemented on this digital basis. The tool steel surface should be prepared for this with at least a 400-grit polish. This method of combined processing creates a distinctive, unmistakable surface characteristic.
